Tea Jelly Dessert Recipe

This Tea Jelly Dessert Recipe is easy to make and can be made with your favorite tea flavors. This tea jelly is light, and just barely sweet, perfect in combination with your favorite tea flavor.

Ingredients
  

Gelatin Base

  • 50 ml water
  • 10 g gelatin

Tea Jelly

  • 500 ml water
  • 2 packs of your favorite tea
  • 45 g sugar

Instructions
 

Gelatin Base Instructions

  • Add 10 grams of gelatin to 50 mL of water in a small container
    Adding gelatin to water
  • Mix well and microwave in a 1000 W microwave for 10 seconds. (Adjust the time based on your microwave power)

Tea Jelly Instructions

  • Add 500 ml water, 2 packs of your favorite tea, and 45 grams of sugar to a pot on the stove
  • Boil the mixture for 2 minutes
  • Remove the tea packs and add the gelatin previously made
  • Mix well
  • Remove the liquid from the stove top and poor into jelly containers

  • Once it's cooled down to room temperature, chill the jelly in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours
  • Serve with ice-cream or something sweet and enjoy!
