Dalgona Coffee

Dalogna coffee is also known as whipped coffee and tastes incredible. The smooth texture of the sweet whipped ingredients on top of the smooth milk creates an amazing combination that makes it hard to return to normal coffee. This recipe also only requires 4 ingredients! I made a couple of different versions that I will introduce to you.

Ingredients
  

Dalgona Coffee
  • 2 packets Instant coffee
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Hot water
  • 1 cup Milk (Any amount can be used. Hot milk can be used for a hot drink)
Dalgona Hot Chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Hot chocolate powder
  • 1 tbsp Hot water
  • 5 tbsp Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Milk
Dalgona Milk Tea
  • 2 tbsp Milk tea powder
  • 1 tbsp Hot water
  • 5 tbsp Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Milk

Method
 

Dalgona Coffee
  1. Add 2 packets of instant coffee, sugar, and hot water into a mixing bowl
  2. Mix well using a kitchen mixer or a whisk until a foam is formed. (See Picture)

  3. Spoon the foam on top of a glass of milk and enjoy!
Dalgona Hot Chocolate
  1. Add 2 tbsp of hot chocolate powder, hot water and heavy cream into a mixing bowl
  2. Mix well using a kitchen mixer or a whisk until a foam is formed
  3. Spoon the foam on top of a glass of milk and enjoy!
Dalgona Milk Tea
  1. Add 2 tbsp of milk tea powder, hot water and heavy cream into a mixing bowl
  2. Mix well using a kitchen mixer or a whisk until a foam is formed
  3. Spoon the foam on top of a glass of milk and enjoy!
