Ingredient Preparation
- Grate half an onion using a grater

- Make a notch between the bone and the meat with a knife

- Add 60 g of salt to the spare ribs and rub well
Spare Ribs Marinade Preparation
- Add the cooking alcohol, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, grated garlic and honey into a large zip-lock bag

- Add the spare ribs into the bag, close the zip lock and remove the air
- Rub the ribs in the marinade

- Allow the spare ribs to marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight
Cooking the Ribs
- Grill the spare ribs. (Optionally, you can cook the spare ribs on your stove top)
- Enjoy!
