Easy, 4 Ingredient, No Bake, Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

This no bake, Oreo cheesecake is easy to make and only requires 4 ingredients. It's great in the summer, but can be enjoyed year-round.

Oreo Crust Ingredients
  • 15 Oreo cookies
  • 2 tbsp butter
Cheesecake Filling Ingredients
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 5 Oreo cookies

Method
 

Oreo Cookie Crust Instructions
  1. Remove the filling from the 15 Oreo cookies

  2. Crush the Oreo cookies using a spatula, Zip-lock bag, or another method
  3. Add 2 tbsp of melted butter to the crushed Oreo cookies

  4. Add Saran wrap over your pie dish and press into the dish
  5. Add the crushed Oreo cookies into the pie dish and firmly press down on the crust using the Saran wrap

  6. Place the pie dish in your refrigerator for 30 minutes
Cheesecake Filling Instructions
  1. Add the heavy cream into a mixing bowl and mix using a hand mixer with a whisk

  2. Heat the cream cheese in your microwave for 30-40 seconds
  3. Add the cream cheese and white Oreo stuffing into the mixing bowl with the heavy cream
  4. Crush an additional 5 oreos and mix in with the cream cheese mixture
  5. Remove the crust from the refrigerator and add the filling on top

  6. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving
