Japanese Bean Sprout Salad Recipe
Japanese bean sprout salad is an easy to make recipe that takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. Bean sprouts are mixed with various seasonings and tossed to make a flavorful side dish. The bean sprouts can also be mixed with leafy greens to make a salad.

- 1 pack bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp water
- 4 tsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp dashi
Place bean sprouts into a mixing bowl or storage container.
Add 2 tbsp of water to the bean sprouts and cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave for ~5 minutes. (I'm using a 1000 watt microwave and the bean sprouts weren't frozen. You may have to adjust the heating time based on your microwave and bean sprouts)
Add the sesame oil, salt, and dashi to the bean sprouts and mix.
