Method
- Place bean sprouts into a mixing bowl or storage container.
- Add 2 tbsp of water to the bean sprouts and cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave for ~5 minutes. (I'm using a 1000 watt microwave and the bean sprouts weren't frozen. You may have to adjust the heating time based on your microwave and bean sprouts)
- Add the sesame oil, salt, and dashi to the bean sprouts and mix.
