Japanese Chilled Tuna and Tomato Pasta Recipe
Japanese chilled pasta dishes are absolutely delicious and one of my favorite recipes to make at home during the summer. In this recipe, I used tuna and tomatoes to create a chilled tuna and tomato pasta dish. It is easy to make and refreshing to eat.

- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 3 bunches of green onions
- 160 g thin spaghetti 1/3 lb
- 1 tbsp dashi
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 1 can tuna
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Preparing the Toppings
Slice the cherry tomatoes into quarters
Slice the green onions and add into a mixing bowl with the sliced cherry tomatoes
Add the dashi, soy sauce, salt, tuna and olive oil into the mixing bowl and mix well
Cooking the Spaghetti
Cook the spaghetti according to its packaging
Strain the spaghetti and cool with cold water
Add the noodles to the mixing bowl and mix everything well
Serve and enjoy
