Method
- Slice the mushrooms, green onions and spinach with a knife on a cutting board
- Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil into a pot
- Add the mushrooms and spinach and cook on medium heat for 1 minute
- Add 800 ml of water to the same pot and boil the water
- Add the harusame noodles to the boiling water
- Add the chicken bouillon, salt, and soy sauce to the soup
- Beat an egg in a mixing bowl and slowly add to the soup
- Finally, add the green onions and sesame oil and mix well
- Serve and enjoy!
